Venue

We are beyond excited to celebrate our marriage with you amongst the serenity of the South slope of Mt. Hood, Oregon.

The Ceremony will be held at the Silcox Hut at Timberline Lodge.

Timberline Lodge is located roughly 90 minutes East of Portland, OR. View Map

Silcox Hut is nestled about mid-way up Mt. Hood and is accessed by a short snowcat ride from Timberline Lodge.

The Ceremony will be held at 5:30pm on Sunday, April 9th, 2017. Transportation will be provided from Timberline Lodge to Silcox hut via snowcat the day of. Departure times are: 4:00pm and 5:00pm. (don't miss the cat!). Return rides to Timberline Lodge will be provided at 10:00pm, 11:00pm, and 12:00am.

***Depending on snow conditions, skiing before or after the ceremony (or both!) is highly encouraged - great group rates with enough skiers!  If you plan on skiing let us know which days and if we have enough we can lock in the group lift ticket rates.

  1. Stay at Timberline Lodge: We have blocked a limited number of rooms at Timberline Lodge (http://www.timberlinelodge.com/lodging/historic-lodge-rooms/). Just say you are with the Hamman Wedding when booking. 
  2. Stay at Silcox Hut: Bunk style lodging is available at the Silcox Hut for Sunday night ONLY.  Cost is $150 per person and includes breakfast! If you would like to stay at the Hut Sunday night, please let us know ASAP. ***Description of Silcox Hut lodging:  "Silcox offers three restrooms, one with a shower. The first floor of Silcox has six small rooms. Five of the rooms have two stacked single bunks (for a total of four beds each); the sixth room offers a stacked queen-sized bunk (a total of two beds).
